INDOOR AIR QUALITY

During this presentation, Bud Hammer, President of Atlantic Westchester, Cathy Hoffman, Maintenance Sales Specialist at Atlantic Westchester, and Brian Hoffman, Chief Engineer at Atlantic Westchester, will be discussing reoccupying buildings in a safe and healthy manner.  With more companies and employees returning to their office space as well as the weather getting warmer, it is important to make sure your building's HVAC system is ready to perform and doing it's job improving indoor air quality.  The Atlantic Westchester team will be presenting a three-step HVAC strategy to prepare systems and review strategies for improving indoor air quality.  

Bud Hammer is the President and General Manager of Atlantic Westchester, Inc., an award-winning, family-owned commercial and industrial HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) business located in Bedford Hills, NY.  Atlantic Westchester offers a variety of HVAC solutions for businesses, institutions and government facilities across the NY Metro area and assists clients with proactive maintenance, remediation and installation services based on their unique facility needs.  Over the years, Bud and his team have received several awards and recognitions including being inducted into the Business Council of Westchester Hall of Fame in 2018, and Bud was recently announced as the new Chairperson on the Board of Directors for United Way of Westchester and Putnam.

Cathy Hoffman is the Maintenance Sales Specialist at Atlantic Westchester Inc.  Cathy provides clients with solutions that stabilize budgets and reduce costs associated with the operation of their infrastructure.  Additionally, Cathy evaluates the whole building and works with clients to customize their HVAC service agreements that offer and assurance plan that reduces the risk of capital expenditures.

Brian Hoffman is the Chief Engineer at Atlantic Westchester Inc.  Brian has worked at Atlantic Westchester for over 20 years, handling energy efficiency project development and implementation.  Additionally, Brian deals with BMS system desing, programming, installation and commissioning.  He specializes in Carrier CCN, Carier OPEN controls and he is Niagara AX certified to install Honeywell WEBS AX systems.  Additionally, Brian is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CVMP).
