Being ready to change direction at a moment’s notice is essential to success in facilities management. FM leaders must continually be planning, even when there is no set plan.
In our next webinar we’ll hear how a company did just that. Regeneron Pharmaceuticals is sharing their ongoing journey from 60 employees, to over 9,000. Talk about being agile. Michelle and Daniel will cover how they handled this rapid growth and used flexibility to their advantage when creating spaces to support their company’s growth and overall mission.
Broadcasting LIVE from Irvington, NY, join host Mike Petrusky as he interviews Michelle Fritsche with Regeneron and Daniel Castner of BAM Architecture Studio on March 13th at 5:30 PM EST.
