Join us for a round table with fellow Facility Managers to discuss the current challenges of getting young talent into our profession.
A large percentage of FMs will be retiring in the next decade – join the roundtable to discuss how the sector can redefine and refresh its brand to reflect the transformation of the business over the past 20 years to many younger generations
This FM-only event is hosted by D&D Elevator at their new training center in Yonkers, built to keep D&D stayed dynamic in a shortage of qualified elevator technicians by starting their own training school.
Meeting Dues will be $30 for IFMA Westchester / Hudson Valley Members and $60 for Non Members.
All Non Members are required to pay the Non Member rate of $60 for attending any meeting. Anyone who attends as a “guest” is required to pay the Non Member rate. Members of other IFMA Chapters are required to pay the Non Member Rate.
Registration and Payment is due before or at the meeting. We accept cash, checks and credit cards.
The January Meeting is a Welcome New Members Breakfast. Members who have joined the Chapter in the previous Calendar year are welcome to attend at no charge. The rate for Non Members who have not joined IFMA prior to the meeting will be $60. “Returning” members are not considered new members.
Non Members are permitted to attend a total of two meetings before chapter membership is required. The first meeting is free, the second meeting is charged at the Non Member rate.
Certain meetings may be special event meetings and will be priced differently.
All “No Shows” who are confirmed to attend will be invoiced for the event. Any cancellations less than 24 hours from the event will not receive a refund or credit.
