President:  David Patnaude
David brings the experience of 30 years in senior leadership in operations & finance, campus master planning, campus operations, budgeting, and corporate real estate management to IFMA Westchester. David has held construction & real property management leadership roles in the U.S., U.K., Canada and Bermuda. Working in a combination of the educational and financial services industries in both facilities management & complex construction projects. David is a certified plant engineer, energy manager, building commissioning professional, and professional supervisor who is committed to a process of life-long learning. David has worked at the board level of multiple organizations assisting with campus/facilities master planning and the alignment of capital projects with the long term strategic vision of the enterprise. Vice-President: Paul Roberts
Paul is Owner and President of Security 101 covering the Lower Hudson Valley region in New York State. Security 101 provides integrated security systems and best-in-class solutions, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and visitor management. Prior to opening the Security 101 location, Paul had a 20-year career in the financial services industry. His extensive experience includes raising capital for private equity funds, providing strategic advice, corporate financings and principal investing activities. Paul’s experience prior to his financial career included entrepreneurial roles in running a CPA practice and operating a bakery business. Paul has an MBA degree from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business and a BS degree from California State University-Los Angeles. Email: [email protected]

Treasurer:  Allan Escobar
Allan has developed an extensive knowledge of building maintenance in the last 14 years. Including direct involvement in the last decade of all major markets throughout the East Coast. Currently he provides leadership for the Northeast region. After attending a 2017 IFMA Westchester event as a guest, he joined the chapter and has since been part of the IFMA Westchester Hudson Valley County. Allan has been with Able Services since 2014. Secretary: Sydney Eppinger
Sydney Eppinger is a fourth-generation commercial furnishings representative and has a deep-rooted family history with the Herman Miller company. With a deep passion for a creating inspiring environments where people thrive, Sydney believes that an office should be viewed as more than a 9-5 outpost. Program Chairperson: Chris Kent  
Chris Kent has been working in different aspects of contract furniture for over 30 years. From the early days of unloading the trucks and doing the drawings (yes, pencil, paper and eraser shield), to running multi-phase, multi-million dollar projects for major furniture dealers in New York City, to growing sales for furniture manufacturers across the Tri-State area, Chris’s range of experiences led him to launch his own independent contract furniture sales group in 2020.  Email:  [email protected]

Membership Chairperson: Nicholas Treschitta
Nicholas became a member of IFMA in June of 2017. IFMA Westchester was the first networking organization that he joined. Shortly after becoming a member, to be more involved he started to volunteer on the Membership Committee and this past January he took over as Membership Chair. He and the committee have worked hard renewing expired members as well as recruiting new ones and working to help expand our membership which is growing. Communications Chairperson:  Kevin Kingsland
A long- time actively involved member of IFMA Hudson Valley Westchester County Kevin is responsible for selling RD Weis’s full range of flooring and services to new and existing clients at a local ,regional and national level.  Kevin joined RD Weis in the early 90s as Operations Manager and within a short time was promoted to Account Manager.  Email:  [email protected]
