IFMA and BOMA Members and Guests will be treated to dinner with beer & wine, followed by a presentation on the Westchester County Center culminating with a Westchester’s Knicks Basketball Game.

The Westchester County Center is a 5,000-seat multi-purpose arena in White Plains, New York. It hosts various local concerts and sporting events for the area. The County Center was conceived by the Westchester Recreation Commission in 1924 as a multi-purpose indoor recreational facility to host community programs and income-producing commercial events. It was designed by the architectural firm of Walker & Gillette, and built and decorated in the Art Deco style. The construction project cost of approximately $785,000. A $16-million rehabilitation was completed in 1988.The Westchester County Center originally opened in 1930 and saw a $16-million rehabilitation completed in 1988.

Meeting Price Schedule

Meeting Dues will be $30 for IFMA Westchester / Hudson Valley Members and $60 for Non Members.

All Non Members are required to pay the Non Member rate of $60 for attending any meeting. Anyone who attends as a “guest” is required to pay the Non Member rate. Members of other IFMA Chapters are required to pay the Non Member Rate.

Registration and Payment is due before or at the meeting. We accept cash, checks and credit cards.

The January Meeting is a Welcome New Members Breakfast. Members who have joined the Chapter in the previous Calendar year are welcome to attend at no charge. The rate for Non Members who have not joined IFMA prior to the meeting will be $60. “Returning” members are not considered new members.

Non Members are permitted to attend a total of two meetings before chapter membership is required. The first meeting is free, the second meeting is charged at the Non Member rate.

Certain meetings may be special event meetings and will be priced differently.

All “No Shows” who are confirmed to attend will be invoiced for the event. Any cancellations less than 24 hours from the event will not receive a refund or credit.
