Who We Are

IFMA Westchester County-Hudson Valley Chapter is dedicated to the promotion and development of the facility management profession. We strive to address the daily challenges and networking needs of our local facility professionals and vendor partners. Our Professional Members represent a wide spectrum of business sectors and our Associate Members represent the providers of services and products that support the Facility Management profession. Join us in our monthly meetings where we learn from our guest speakers, facility tours and networking events. Our monthly meetings vary from breakfast to lunch to dinner meetings where we’re sure one or more will fit into your schedule.

Arts WestchesterWhite Plains’ first skyscraper was built in 1929. Standing 122 feet (nine stories) tall, the Peoples National Bank & Trust Company building at 31 Mamaroneck Avenue opened for business November 25, 1929 and was lauded as “an accomplishment of building ingenuity, architecture and materials.

In 1998 ArtsWestchester purchased the building from Chase Manhattan Bank and major renovations began in 2003.

Hear about the highlights, challenges and surprises encountered from John Sullivan, whose firm, Sullivan Architecture, led the renovation. Tour the historic space and enjoy the art exhibition, “Brick by Brick: The Erie Canal & the Building Boom.”
